Job summary

Responsibilities include following recipes, portioning accurately, stocking, and assisting front-of-house staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in house training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Cooking Items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, coolers and storage areas.
• Uses and cleans kitchen equipment and maintains proper storage.
• Stocks and rotates products to ensure shelf life compliance.
• Ensures correct portioning and adherence to recipes; follows FIFO.
