Responsibilities

• Prepares cooking items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, coolers and storage areas.
• Cleans and uses all kitchen equipment and maintains proper storage areas.
• Stocks and rotates products to ensure shelf life standards.
• Monitors portioning, cooking times and quality per recipes.
• Follows food safety practices and OSHA/health dept standards.
• Assists with dishwashing and front-of-house cleanliness as needed.
