Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, coolers and storage areas.
• Uses and cleans all kitchen equipment, maintains proper stock rotation and FIFO.
• Communicates with management about product/service deficiencies and safety concerns.
• Assists other team members and front-of-house staff as needed.
