Responsibilities

• Prepares Cooking Items
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, coolers and storage areas
• Uses and cleans kitchen equipment
• Stocks and rotates products ensuring shelf life
• Follows recipes and portioning for consistency
• Maintains proper food handling and sanitation
• Performs line sweeps and keeps a clean workstation
• Adheres to OSHA requirements and health department standards
• Assists kitchen team and front of house as needed
• Supports getting items prepped per recipes and procedures
