Ideal candidates have prep or line cook experience, basic knife skills, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedules and teamwork are essential to success in our dining-forward concept.

• Previous prep or line cook experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients following recipes with accuracy.
• Set up and organize your station for efficient shifts.
• Wash, peel, slice, and portion vegetables and other ingredients.
• Carve and slice meats and cheeses; prepare sauces.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and safe.
