No prior experience required; we provide in-house training. The role requires team collaboration, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic sanitation and safety knowledge can be learned in-house.
• Customer service orientation is important for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and prep areas.
• Stocks and rotates products to meet shelf life requirements.
• Supports food cost controls and portioning accuracy.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assists front-of-house and other kitchen staff as needed.
