• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership while assisting teammates.

What You Will Do

• Culinary Precision: Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts with deep knowledge of recipes and prep methods, including meat/fish fabrication, sauces, baking, and vegetable preparation.
• Station Logistics: Manage thorough station set‑ups, breakdowns, and line checks while maintaining sufficient par levels and backups at all times.
• Uphold the Standard: Maintain IGC’s high standards for quality, absolute freshness, cleanliness, and strict adherence to State and County food safety/Health Department standards.
• Team Synergy: Maintain honest, open communication with staff and leadership, assisting teammates whenever possible to ensure an effective, guest-focused club operation.
