Job summary

Intown Golf Club in Houston is seeking an AM/PM line cook to join a tech-forward, high-growth private social club. You will execute our menu across prep, fry, sauté, and grill stations, upholding freshness, cleanliness, and organization in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Execute menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Saute, and Grill stations.

• Maintain open communication with expeditor and FOH for seamless guest experience.
• Identify food quality issues before service and assist teammates to ensure guest focus.

• Safety First: Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.

• Solve & Support: Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest focused operation.
