Responsibilities

• Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts including meat/fish fabrication, sauces, baking, and vegetable preparation.
• Manage thorough station set-ups, breakdowns, and line checks.
• Maintain high standards for quality, absolute freshness, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership while assisting teammates.
