Ford's Garage is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook (Heart of House Hero) to join our team in Fort Myers. You will prepare a variety of food items, follow daily prep lists, and help ensure top-quality presentation and safety across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence.
• Supporting the success of the Heart of house by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards.
• Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas.
• Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
