Ford's Garage in Orlando, FL is seeking a Prep Cook (Heart of House Hero) to support busy kitchen operations with quality prep, proper presentation, and strict adherence to recipes.

Candidates should be able to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold or obtain required food safety certifications. English literacy and reliable transportation are essential. Enjoy a fast-paced, fun team culture with opportunities for growth.

• Supporting the success of the Heart of house by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards.
• Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas.
• Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
