Ford's Garage in Orlando, FL is seeking an Expeditor (Heart of House Hero) to help ensure timely food preparation and fulfill guest requests. You will coordinate with service and Heart of House teams to expedite orders for to-go, dining room, and bar areas.

Minimum qualifications include kitchen experience in a high-volume setting, ability to obtain required food safety certifications, physical ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 pounds, and strong English communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)

• Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products
• Support the Heart of House team by expediting the service of all dining rooms, bars and to go
• Optimize the Heart of the House by efficiently maintaining the flow of service while controlling costs and waste
