Ford's Garage Sanford is hiring a Prep Cook (Heart of House Hero) to join a fast-paced, fun team. You’ll prepare a variety of menu items, follow recipes precisely, and help keep the kitchen stocked and clean while upholding food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation

• Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence
• Supporting the success of the Heart of house by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards
• Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas
• Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
