Job summary

Culinary Dropout at Fox Restaurant Concepts is hiring a Prep Cook for The Bowl at Ballantyne. The role requires 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers. Follow recipes and food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
• Portion products and follow recipes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards; work clean.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays; fill in as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work clean.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
