You will manage batters, sauces, and prep with speed and accuracy, maintaining organization and cleanliness to meet the fast-paced demands of a busy day.

The role emphasizes precise chopping, simmering, and mixing, with a focus on consistent results and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift over 30 lbs.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (can be obtained if hired).
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare signature crepe batters and house-made sauces from scratch following exact recipes for consistency.
• Execute high-volume prep (vegetables, fruit, and proteins) with professional skills and attention to detail.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure prep items are labeled, rotated (FIFO), and stored per health and safety standards.
• Communicate kitchen needs to management to ensure smooth operation.
• Anticipate Crepe Crafters' needs to prevent shortages during peak hours." ,"Follow all food safety rules and regulations.
