Responsibilities

• Master the daily prep list and prep sheets.
• Portion ingredients and stock for service.
• Wrap, label, date, and organize ingredients using FIFO.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen crew to ensure smooth operations.
