Sturbridge Coffee House in Orange, CT is hiring a full-time Prep Chef to join our growing team. You’ll handle daily prep, maintain a clean workstation, and support the kitchen to ensure smooth service. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Kitchen/quick-service experience is a plus.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to communicate in English for safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Master the Prep List and perform daily prep tasks efficiently.
• Portion ingredients and ensure dressings are prepared accurately for service.
• Wrap, label, date, and organize ingredients using FIFO.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
