Responsibilities

• Master the Prep List: slice, dice, and chop ingredients for service.
• Portion ingredients, build dressings, and ensure stock for service.
• Wrap, label, date, and organize ingredients using FIFO.
• Own your station with a clean, safe workspace to support smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen crew to maintain efficient workflow.
