United Surgical Partners International, Inc Center for Advanced Surgery in Gilbert, AZ seeks an RN to support PreOp and PACU as a PRN staff member. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver perioperative nursing care according to physician orders and Center policies.

The role emphasizes rapid teamwork, patient assessment, documentation, and compliance with safety standards. PRN schedule offers flexibility in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN with current state licensure.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• One year experience preferred in perioperative setting.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and oversees care for Preop and PACU patients.
• Adheres to nursing standards and Center policies.
• Implements and evaluates perioperative nursing care per physician orders.
• Maintains medical records timely and accurately.
• Participates in CQI activities and committees.
