Qualifications

• Ability to work with physicians and staff.
• CPR certification; ACLS if required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient preparation and monitors throughout all phases of care.
• Verifies that essential equipment is functioning properly each day.
• Assesses patients before, during, and after care, with competency in monitoring equipment.
• Transports and positions patients following safety requirements.
• Documents care records and discharge criteria according to policy.
• Maintains patient safety and a clean, orderly environment in the Center.
• Participates in QAPI and Safety Program.
