Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking an RN for Pre-Op & PACU to ensure patient safety across peri-anesthesia care. You will educate patients, perform health assessments, and develop individualized plans of care. You will monitor patients post-procedure and guide discharge readiness and follow-up instructions.

Required: active RN license and nursing degree. Responsibilities include documenting care, collaborating with the team, and maintaining CMS and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative education and instructions.
• Document assessments and care plans in the medical record.
• Monitor post-anesthesia and sedated patients in the PACU.
• Assess discharge readiness and ensure follow-up care instructions are understood.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure patient safety and quality care.
