Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Pre-OP Registered Nurse to support peri-operative care within our facility.

The role requires direct and indirect patient care across the age continuum, with emphasis on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in the perioperative setting. You will work under the PeriAnesthesia Director, participate in staffing, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with current TX RN license.
• BLS/ACLS required; PALS within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide peri-operative patient care and nursing assessment.
• Supervise RNs and ancillary staff in pre/post-operative areas.
• Participate in risk management, infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional demeanor.
• Share responsibility for on-call rotation as needed.
