Job summary

Gilbertson Funeral Home is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team. You will build lasting relationships with individuals and families, guiding them through preneed funeral and cemetery planning and helping them choose caring solutions.

Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, 2+ years in sales, organization, and the ability to work independently; a life license (WA) or ability to obtain one is required. Competitive compensation and incentives available.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• 2+ years in sales preferred, including appointment setting and consulting.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Use of a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Current WA Life License or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients throughout the planning process.
