Job summary

BillionToOne Inc. is seeking an Account Support Representative in Madison, WI, to lead field sales for prenatal diagnostics and communicate clinical information to external clients and internal teams.

This is a field sales role reporting to a Regional Manager - Prenatal, with a focus on Unity Fetal Risk Screen adoption. The role requires at least three years of outside healthcare sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with OB/GYNs, MFMs, and genetic

Qualifications

Minimum three years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
Demonstrated successful sales track record and ability to engage with providers/decision makers.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
Effective time management and prioritization to close opportunities.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a startup environment.
HIPAA/privacy awareness and professionalism when handling patient data.

Responsibilities

Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine.
Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
Identify opportunities for growth in defined geographies and regions.
Create and execute a strategic plan to drive rapid utilization.
Own full lifecycle of product sales, including lead generation and new business.
Attend local tradeshows and industry events.
