Your Wireless – Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales team across multiple locations in the United States. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service while managing day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, travel to district locations, and delivering results through coaching, performance management, and adherence to corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• High school Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales roles is required.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
