Your Wireless is a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Verizon Wireless store teams. You will recruit, coach, and supervise a group of sales associates, aiming to exceed monthly sales and profitability targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has a proven leadership background in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to multiple locations as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales/leadership roles is required.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire team members.
• Must be able to travel to locations as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and sales goals each month.
• Coach team members to provide exceptional customer experiences.
