Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a Fine Wine Sales Representative (Wholesale) to develop and manage a Florida territory, focusing on both on‑ and off‑premise accounts and expanding a diverse wine portfolio.

You will build relationships with buyers and decision‑makers, drive sales and distribution, and close new accounts through strategic selling. The role offers a base salary plus commission, expense accounts, a gas card, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years wholesale wine sales experience with distributor background.
• Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, styles.
• Organized, motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Eligible for a Florida Salesperson Beverage License, 21+.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a designated territory by building relationships with buyers, owners, and key decision-makers.
• Increase sales, distribution, and visibility of a diverse portfolio of wines from global regions.
• Open new accounts and grow existing business through strategic selling.
• Plan effective route schedules, prioritize tasks, and conduct follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate account records, pricing, and basic reports.
