The Biltmore Company seeks a Wine Server/Tasting Room Host to deliver a warm, professional guest experience while introducing guests to Biltmore wines and winemaking. You will tailor tastings, engage with guests, and promote the Wine Club in a dynamic estate setting.

Responsibilities include opening the tasting room, greeting guests, managing inventory, and assisting with Wine Club operations. Must be 21+ and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-service environment required.
• Minimum six months' related experience preferred in upscale food/beverage.
• Excellent guest relations and communications skills are a must.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the Tasting Room for the days' activities.
• Greet the guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Accurately track wine inventory/usage on a daily basis.
• Engage guests in selecting wines that fit preferences.
• Promote the Wine Club with all guests.
• Stock, clean, and close the Tasting Room at day end.
