Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking a Window/Door Installation Service Technician to deliver superior service to homeowners by servicing and repairing installed Renewal by Andersen products. You will accurately measure dimensions, install replacements, and analyze customer concerns to ensure installations meet our premium standards.

Must have at least 2 years in construction or home improvement and customer service, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to undergo background and drug

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2 yrs of Construction or Home Improvement Experience.
• At least 2 yrs of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills.
• Ability to service and repair previously installed windows and doors.
• Prior experience with Renewal by Andersen product installation is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine proper installation methods for our products.
• Install replacement windows and doors with precision and adherence to company standards.
• Perform comprehensive service and repair on previously installed Renewal by Andersen products to ensure installation solutions match our customer expectations.
• Analyze customer concerns, determine appropriate corrective actions, and verify that solutions are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain and keep the service van organized.
• Complete and submit all required operational documentation accurately and on time.
• Present a professional image and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
