Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a service technician to evaluate and repair windows and doors at customers' homes. The role requires understanding installation processes, ensuring proper functioning, and completing warranty paperwork.

Travel to client sites is expected, with a focus on accurate, efficient service and strong customer communication. Candidates should be organized, comfortable with Apple products, and possess a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or finish carpenter preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors.
• Understand installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
• Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products.
• Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
