Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino in Albuquerque is seeking a friendly valet attendant to provide courteous parking, transportation, and luggage services while delivering World Class Guest Service. You will greet guests, handle luggage, drive guests' vehicles safely, and offer information about resort transportation, events, and local attractions.

A high school diploma or GED and six months of driving experience are preferred; a valid NM driver's license is required; you must be able to pass a background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Six months driving experience with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, maintains a friendly atmosphere, and promotes guest relations with transportation and parking information.
• Retrieves and carries guests’ items to and from vehicles and loads luggage into carts for transport.
• Drives and retrieves guests' vehicles safely and verifies key and ticket details.
• Provides information about Isleta Resort & Casino services, events, and local attractions.
• Maintains knowledge of resort programs, events, and services for guest inquiries.
