Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a valet attendant to warmly greet guests and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles. You will evaluate vehicle condition, process tickets, and securely park or pull vehicles using manual or automatic transmissions.

You’ll also input data into the CPVS system and coordinate with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Role requires excellent customer service, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive both manual and automatic

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous guest service and assist guests.
• Must have a good driving record and valid NM/driver's license.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Knowledge of local area and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests and assist them to and from accommodations.
• Evaluate vehicle condition, process valet tickets, and secure vehicles safely.
• Enter data into CPVS system and communicate with departments as needed.
• Park/retrieve guest vehicles following valet policies and safety rules.
• Assist with room moves, luggage, and guest requests; provide local recommendations.
• Maintain punctuality and attend required departmental trainings.
