Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced guest-facing environment.
• Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience.
• Minimum age of 19 with preferably 2 years of driving experience required.
• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required.
• Current New Mexico driver’s license with an insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist in and out of vehicles.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles per safety procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Provide recommendations on hotel outlets, amenities, events and local attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed.
• Ensure orderly guest flow and professional appearance.
• Maintain clean and orderly driveway, porte-cochere, and parking area.
• Protect company assets and confidentiality of guest information.
