Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Guest Services Driver to support Transportation and Valet operations. You will shuttle guests to casino, resort, airport and approved destinations, while maintaining safety and vehicle cleanliness.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of guest services experience, and the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. A valid NM driver’s license is required; Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• One year of experience in guest services or dealing with the general public.
• Ability to drive Manual and Automatic Transmission vehicles.
• Valid New Mexico Driver’s License; Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred.
• Must pass a stringent background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the highest level of service while interacting with guests and staff.
• Transports guests to casino, resort, airport and other approved destinations.
• Inspects vehicle prior to departure and communicates with dispatcher.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs minor repairs or tire changes.
• Reports delays, incidents and safety issues; assists with baggage handling.
