Job summary

Isleta Resort & Casino is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe and efficient transport for internal and external guests according to designated schedules. This role emphasizes World Class Guest Service and requires a valid NM driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, transporting them safely, adhering to schedules, and assisting with luggage and valet duties as needed. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent driving record and safe driving history.
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide World Class Guest Service.
• Team-oriented and collaborative in a hospitality setting.
• Experience operating vehicles with manual transmission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and promotes guest relations with prompt and courteous service.
• Transports guests to and from Isleta Resort & Casino safely.
• Adheres to transportation schedules.
• Cleans and maintains transportation vehicles and handles luggage securely.
• May perform valet duties as assigned.
• Provides information about transportation and parking services.
