Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated Transportation/Valet Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while transporting guests to the casino, resort, airport and other approved destinations. The role requires pre-inspections, communication with dispatch, adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of guest services experience, a valid NM driver's license (CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred), and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of guest services or public interaction experience.
Valid New Mexico driver's license; Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred.
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level guest service for Transportation and Valet operations.
Transport guests to casino, resort, airport and other approved destinations.
Perform pre-inspections and document vehicle conditions.
Communicate with dispatcher and follow SOPs.
Adhere to traffic regulations and assist with baggage.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety; report delays and incidents.
Punctuality and reliability per Attendance Policy.
