Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a valet attendant to greet guests, assist with entry and exit from vehicles, and park/retrieve cars safely and efficiently. You will document tickets, note any vehicle damage, and communicate with supervisors about issues while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include operating a radio, transporting staff between lots, and ensuring a tidy, hazard-free workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training required upon hire.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of driving experience.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented, organized, values teamwork, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
• Able to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Dependable and able to adjust to change effectively.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including graveyard, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with entering and exiting vehicles.
• Park and retrieve guest cars safely and efficiently.
• Document tickets and note vehicle damage prior to parking.
• Notify supervisor of any vandalism or new scratches upon retrieval.
• Operate two-way radio and maintain proper battery and channel usage.
• Transport valet staff between lots using a cart and ensure cart safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with DOT regulations.
