Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver courteous valet service, greet guests, and assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval. You will follow all safety procedures, inspect vehicles, and help maintain a clean, organized valet area in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes professional communication, dependability, and a strong customer service mindset to ensure a positive guest experience and seamless operations for the Valet Parking Division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service attitude mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• No special certifications necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and clock in/out per policies; report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean and presentable.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
