Job summary

On Location is seeking an experienced Ticketing Account Manager to support premium clients during pre-Games, delivery, and on-site phases for LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Olympic ticketing, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to work across departments to maximize revenue while ensuring top‑tier client service. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic & Paralympic Games and global sporting events.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced Office skills.
• Experience with project management applications and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong customer service ethic with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑in‑class ticketing support to premium clients during pre‑Games, seat assignment, delivery and on-site phases.
• Allocate hospitality inventory to support proposals, following the latest sales rules.
• Collaborate with Ticketing, Business Development, Product, Commercial Strategy and Sales teams to maximize revenue targets.
• Assist in specifying internal ticket systems for accurate allocation and tracking of tickets.
• Ensure pricing and schedule information is up to date and communicate changes to relevant teams.
• Produce reports and maintain data integrity of databases and manifests as required.
• Facilitate digital ticket delivery to clients through official systems and tools.
• Train and support junior staff; provide customer training on ticketing systems when needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance support efficiency and outcomes.
