Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Manager, Ticket Systems & Services to build and run the ticketing platform behind sessions and access for the Olympic/Paralympic Games. You will own configuration, day-to-day health of systems, and collaborate with service providers to ensure a smooth fan experience.

This role requires a minimum of seven years in the industry, deep ticketing platform knowledge, a track record of revenue growth, and experience with AXS, Eventim, Zendesk, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Professional sports or live-event background.
• Experience on AXS and/or Eventim ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Zendesk and ticket integrations and API connections.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing platform infrastructure.
• Proven success growing revenue in ticketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ticketing platform on an ongoing basis, including configuration and updates to session details and technical systems.
• Contribute to Games-time ticket operations, including access control and ticket resolution.
• Help manage the customer support process so fans get timely, reliable help.
• Work with Ticket Service Providers to coordinate and track delivery of technical functionality.
• Partner across teams to keep ticketing systems, revenue goals, and the fan experience aligned.
