Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games is seeking a Manager, Ticket Systems & Services to build and run the ticketing platform for the LA28 Games. You own the configuration and day-to-day health of sessions and access, partnering with service providers and support teams to keep the fan experience smooth.

This role operates at scale, shaping ticketing operations and standards in the years leading up to 2028. Candidates should have 7+ years in ticketing, deep platform knowledge, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing platform infrastructure.
• Proven success growing revenue in ticketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ticketing platform on an ongoing basis, including configuration and updates to session details and technical systems.
• Contribute to Games-time ticket operations, including access control and ticket resolution.
• Help manage the customer support process so fans get timely, reliable help.
• Work with Ticket Service Providers to coordinate and track delivery of technical functionality.
• Partner across teams to keep ticketing systems, revenue goals, and the fan experience aligned.
