You will recruit, train, and schedule suite staff, manage labor budgets, inventory controls, and work with culinary to ensure food quality and dietary accommodations. Evening, weekend, and holiday work required; no degree is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong managerial and leading ability.
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required.
• Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all suite operations for games, concerts, and special events.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service across all suites.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop suite employees and supervisors.
• Manage labor budgets, scheduling, and productivity.
• Maintain inventory controls and minimize waste.
• Partner with culinary to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely execution.
• Oversee menu execution, ordering, replenishment, and dietary accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
