Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston seeks a Premium Suites Manager to oversee the suite operations for games, concerts, and events, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop suite staff, manage labor budgets and inventory, coordinate with culinary teams on food quality and service, and uphold food safety standards while meeting company policies and deadlines.

Formación

• Minimum of three years’ hospitality management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong managerial and leadership ability.
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
• Financial management accountability and budgeting experience.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No degree required.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at TD Garden on event days providing memorable experience for our guests.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,500 – $88,400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
