Job summary

The Ozarks Springbirds, Double-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, seek a Suites & Catering Manager to oversee premium catering operations for Route 66 Stadium. You will lead a team of seasonal staff and partner with culinary leadership to deliver outstanding fan experiences.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely service across all events.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in food and beverage, including large-scale catering and premium operations.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional fan experiences.
• Customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory control, labor management, quality control, and responsible beverage service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate and influence.
• Familiarity with POS and BOH systems and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees.
• Maintain a strong presence in hospitality areas throughout events.
• Lead client food and beverage orders and serve as primary contact before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with Chef and Director of F&B to create and execute premium menus.
• Help manage costs related to labor, food/bev, and operating supplies within budgets.
• Ensure equipment is operational and regularly cleaned.
• Maintain high service levels including setup, presentation, quality, and execution.
• Communicate with front office for attendance updates in hospitality areas.
• Support other departments as needed.
