Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suites Manager at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa to lead the Premium Suite Operation and oversee day-to-day premium services. You will manage guest relations, menus, wine lists, and staff to deliver exceptional fan experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years of management in contract foodservice, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced venue environment. On-site work with a dynamic, hospitality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of management experience in contract foodservice, preferably premium services, catering or concessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong commitment to customer service with leadership and management skills.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS systems is required; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct, implement and maintain guest service and management philosophy.
• Develop and maintain premium menus; delivery, presentation, and standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Ownership, Visiting Teams and League Executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with premium Suite holders and game rentals.
• Coordinate menus, develop wine lists, manage guest relations, ensure quality standards.
• Assist in preparing annual budget and business plan for upcoming season.
