Job summary

The Tulsa Drillers, a DBH club, seek a Catering Manager to lead premium hospitality and catering operations at ONEOK Field. Manage luxury suites, decks, and event spaces for baseball games, soccer matches, and special events, ensuring top guest service.

You will hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff; coordinate menus with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership; and control labor, costs, and inventory to meet budgets and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of food service management experience.
• Catering or premium hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a large seasonal team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering and premium service for all games and events.
• Coordinate inventory, orders, staff, and event timings.
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown for hospitality areas.
