The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules dictate.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or event management, preferably in a supervisory role at a large venue.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee suite attendants and pantry coordinators during events.
• Ensure suites are stocked, clean, and properly presented.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for food distribution and remakes.
• Conduct opening, during-game, and closing duties.
