Job summary

Oak View Group in Lansing, Michigan seeks a Premium Suites Manager to oversee the suites level, VIP areas, and guest services during baseball games and related events. You will assist the Executive Chef and GM with training, inventory, and special events while maintaining attendance and reliability.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced venues or catering, and a strong focus on hospitality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced stadium or catering environment.
• Strong communication with guests and staff.
• Valid food handling or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
• Cash handling and basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of suites and VIP areas according to pre-orders.
• Ensure all suites and service areas are ready before events.
• Maintain high hospitality standards throughout stadium.
• Coordinate events and communicate with other departments.
• Manage event staff and direct guest service requests.
• Ensure accurate billing and assist with closing financials.
