Job summary

Ozarks Springbirds in Springfield, MO, seeks a Suites & Catering Manager to lead premium catering operations for all events at Route 66 Stadium. You will hire and develop a seasonal team, collaborate with the Chef and F&B leadership on exciting menus, and ensure top-tier service from setup to execution.

You will manage costs, labor, and supplies within budget, maintain food safety standards, and work closely with the front office to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all events.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in large-scale catering.
• Customer-focused with a strong fan-experience mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with food safety, sanitation and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of seasonal employees.
• Oversee premium catering operations for baseball and non-baseball events.
• Collaborate with Chef and Director of F&B on menu creation and cost control.
• Manage labor, food, operating supplies, and smallwares within budgets.
• Ensure equipment is functional and service quality remains high.
• Coordinate with front office for attendance and event updates.
