Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Suites & Catering Supervisor to oversee premium services at a 6,000-seat arena, including luxury suites, catering, bar service, and select concessions. This hands-on leadership role ensures guest service, staff performance, and operational excellence before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities include supervising suite and catering operations, training staff, coordinating with culinary teams, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and alcohol

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food & beverage supervision, preferably in sport/entertainment.
• Strong supervisory experience, including staff training and shift leadership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Must lift up to 40 lbs.
• ServSafe and TIPS/Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee suite and catering operations for events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Serve as a point of contact for suite guests and catering clients during events.
• Coordinate pre-event walkthroughs and post-event evaluations with staff and vendors.
• Supervise hourly team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with health and alcohol policies.
